Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Data therefore transits outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses and the EU–US data protection framework.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, films, images and graphic elements, is protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Films delivered to clients belong to them under the terms agreed in the quote.

AI-generated films

The films shown and delivered are produced with artificial intelligence tools from photographs supplied by the client. They are illustrative and do not replace a visit to the property. Nothing is added or altered compared with the original photos.

The testimonials and references shown on the site are demonstration examples until they are replaced with genuine client feedback.

Personal data

What we collect: the information entered in the quote forms, namely name, company, email, phone, city of the property, project description and the photographs you send. No further profiling is carried out.

"Free quote" window: first name, last name, phone number, company if you enter one, browsing language, page and origin of the request (welcome window, banner, simulator), date and time. If you send the request from the simulator, the profile and number of properties you chose are attached. This information is used only to get back to you with your quote. It is never used for marketing without your separate consent. The simulator itself sends no data.

Why: to answer your request, prepare a quote and deliver the service. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

How long: three years from the last contact for requests with no follow-up, ten years for accounting records linked to an invoiced service.

Who has access: Corentin Lardy only, plus Netlify as host of the site and of the form service, which may keep the technical data needed to fight abusive submissions. The list of requests can only be accessed from the controller's protected Netlify account.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to corentinlardypro@outlook.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits. It is only activated after your explicit acceptance: until you accept, no analytics cookie is placed. You can change your mind at any time through the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

The site also stores a few technical items in your browser, used purely for convenience and never transmitted: your chosen language, whether the estimate and quote windows have already been shown, closed or sent (with their date, so they are not offered again), and your answer to the cookie banner.
