Frequently asked questionsAnswers to the questions we hear most

How many photos should I send? +

Between 10 and 20 for a whole property. One per room, plus the facade and the outdoor areas. Below 6, the film will be short.

Is the film really delivered in 48 hours? +

Yes, counting from the moment we have your photos and your approval on the quote. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

How much does it cost? +

The price depends on the number of shots, the length and the formats. The quote is free and sent to you after the form.

Do you need a shoot or a drone on site? +

No. No travel, no appointment, no flight clearance to obtain. Everything starts from your photos.

Is the property altered or embellished? +

No. No furniture added, no walls repainted, no sky swapped. The film has to match the property as it is.

Can I ask for changes? +

Yes, one round of adjustments is included: shot order, music, titles, length.

Who owns the film? +

You do, with no time limit: listings, website, social media, advertising.

How does payment work? +

Quote first, no commitment. After your written approval, a deposit starts production and the balance is paid on delivery. Nothing is charged before you approve the quote.

Does it actually help sell? +

One buyer in five names the 3D or virtual tour the most important element of a listing, ahead of the written description (Zillow, 2025). And 67% browse properties online while 39% visit in person: the shortlist is made on screen.

Can I use it to win listings? +

That is the most profitable use. Showing a seller the film you will make of their property sets you apart instantly from agencies offering only photos.
